Three days from Ketchikan to Juneau is a pretty aggressive schedule, but I needed to get there over the weekend to accommodate a variety of constraints. As anybody who cruises knows, one of the most dangerous (or at least uncomfortable) things you can do is cruise with a fixed schedule: the weather gods will usually slap you down.
